Pantheon Development, Part of Pantheon Group, entered Dubai’s real estate market in 2016 with the AED 150 million Pantheon Boulevard project at the Jumeirah Village Circle. The project was successfully completed witht the company’s opwn capital and delivered to its owners.
The Group’s second project – Pantheon Elysee – is being developed at District 13, Jumeirah Village Circle. With a development value exceeding Dh 180 million, it is expected to be delivered in October 2020, before the beginnning of the World Expo 2020. The Group plans to launch a number of real estate projects in the UAE.
