Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s real estate projects.
- Customer Engagement: Answer inquiries, provide detailed information about properties, and address customer concerns effectively.
- Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to convert leads into sales.
- Database Management( CRM): Accurately record customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales and call targets set by the management.
- Market Feedback: Provide insights on customer preferences, feedback, and market trends to the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service. Real estate experience as a sales admin is a plus minimum 2-3 years.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in engaging customers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, French, Arabic or any regional languages) are advantageous.
