Your Role (What You’ll Do)
1. Create Visual Magic
- Design stunning visuals for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and ads.
- Bring Pantheon’s projects to life through eye-catching designs and layouts.
- Develop brand-consistent visuals that wow stakeholders and clients alike.
2. Design for Every Platform
- Ensure all designs are optimized for their respective channels (social, web, email, print).
- Adapt and resize designs for various platforms without losing quality or impact.
- Experiment with new formats like GIFs, animations, and interactive graphics.
3. Collaborate to Elevate
- Work with content writers to pair visuals with impactful stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are cohesive and visually striking.
- Take feedback with grace and turn revisions into opportunities for brilliance.
4. Maintain the Brand’s Visual Identity
- Ensure all designs adhere to Pantheon’s branding guidelines.
- Continuously refine the visual language of the brand for consistency and innovation.
- Suggest updates and improvements to branding assets as needed.
5. Innovate and Experiment
- Stay on top of design trends and tools to keep Pantheon ahead of the curve.
- Suggest and execute fresh ideas for campaigns that push creative boundaries.

What You Bring (Your Toolkit)
- Experience: 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury industries.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics tools like After Effects is a big plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile designs.
- Personality:
- Creative thinker who’s not afraid to take risks with bold ideas.
